I know this is a problem per the Google survey. I was running latest ver 1.26.5.0 with two purchased airports via the Microsoft Market Place. Flew about 7 flights with everything updated, then got a message saying internet connection was lost. Flew a few minutes more and CTD.
Now, I can't even run in SAFE mode without CTD.

I logged a ticket with ZENDESK. It is now saying I need to go vanilla mode, uninstall a lot of stuff etc., Seeing how everything was okay for several flights, wondering if something simple is causing it.

Anyone have a similar experience.

Thanks David - I will try the repair route. It makes sense a config or profile config was corrupted. (crossing fingers) I appreciate your response.

SOLVED - Solution: I followed ZENDESK instructions for establishing a vanilla state for the install of MSFS 2020. Next, I added back in my add-ons via the Content Mgr. So far it is working....
