Anyone here running X-Plane on a 3060 or 3070 GPU? (Preferably XP12) I'm due for an upgrade, running X-Plane 11 and 12. I've gotten along just fine on XP11 with my 1660 Super although I don't run ultra type settings. Some aircraft such as FF757/767 are much more intense and now with XP12 out, it needs even more power. Just wondering what kind of performance you get from a 3060 and if it's worth the extra $$ for a 3070. I'm waiting while prices still seem to be dropping and see if any holiday sales comes up before I buy but right now it's about a $120 difference. I should add that I'm just running a single 1080 display.

I just upgraded from a GTX1650 Super to a RTX3060 on MSFS2020 and I can run ultra settings and have super performance! I know its not Xplane but MSFS is pretty graphics intense as well. Hope this helps and good luck

I run XP12 in a 3060 Laptop. It runs fine, but I do think it lacks some VRAM. It has only 6GB, if it has 8Gb would be better. Performance is OK, I would go for 3070. That`s my two cents. That small difference will certainly pay off if it hauls more VRAM in 3070 than 3060. I found XP12 Beta more VRAM intensive than MSFS for example.
