Well since the last flight sim update whenever im using ACARS the sim keeps freezing for a micro second every second. I close ACARS and it stops. I've tried the development and release version and no change. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I don't understand it, anyone else have something similar happen to them? I want to log hours but landing is very annoying.

Yes so annoying David. I also just installed a product upgrade for one of my favorite addons and suddenly it would not play well with the sim. I contacted the author and asked is anyone else reporting the problem? I got a one word reply "no." Fortunately, I was able to roll back a version but it lingers in your mind. I've had stutters for other reasons even that an upgrade added a bit more work to my PC and finally the dust was too much and it was an overheating issue cured with a vacuum and blow thru. Is it only with ACARS connected? Can you fly ACARS disconnected and then after landing connect and file a PIREP? Might be showing my ignorance here. Sorry.

maybe check your firewall to make sure its letting the program through (and anti virus). I've also found windows updates mess up things that were previously working fine.

I have not tried that, it's worth a shot.

I'm assuming it is. I can file a PIREP, but I added it to the list of programs in windows settings. Maybe that will work. I need time to try it now.
