Hopefully I haven't overlooked the answer somewhere in this forum...but:

I finally got around sorting out my desk at home and found a notepad full of flights that I had flown for DVA during the summer/fall of this year. I was wondering if it is possible to submit these PIREPs using the dates flown (which all occurred before the 1st of last month)? If not, how I should proceed in reporting these flights since the PIREP form doesn't allow anything older than the 1st of the preceding month?

Proceed with filing the PIREPS on the actual dates flown. They will be approved provided they meet are requirements and that you were type rated at the time to fly the particular aircraft.

Let us know should you have problems.

Thank you for alerting staff to expect some dated PIREPS.
