Just today i got my new Ryzen 7 5800x3d and disappointment was unexpected. Beside new CPU , in rig there are 32GB RAM, RTX 3060 MSI.
FPS i am getting on ground in Phenix A320 (V1.x) are 20 - 24 , that somehow i was achieving with old Ryzen 5 3600. Strange thing is that CPU load is at 30% while in cockpit and temperatures around 34C.
Does anyone have clue what i am doing wrong

I had my thoughts on the name: It isn`t Fenix A320? 
Got it now. Well! I know there was an issue with AMD CPU with Xplane 12, and they after fixed with beta XP12.06b6
I just don`t like AMD for sim.
Ivan, under the Fenix platform, there an option to better rendering, with CPU like yours. I`m pretty sure your FPS will get better.

Ivan,
Below are some steps to try to help,
1. Make sure that you have the RAM set to the proper speeds in the Bios, sometimes the RAM defaults to a lower speed and this will kill the sim no matter how much RAM you have.
2. Look at your LOD settings, you may have to adjust and tweak your settings, there are plenty of how to videos on you tube about tweaking the MSFS setting to get the FPS in the green. You will also want to clear all of your Cache since this is using new drivers.
3. If you are on the Beta, many people are complaining about Main thread being hammered and lower FPS, you may want to revert to the non-beta.
4. I see you are running in DX12, you may want to try it in DX11 and see if that helps to improve the FPS.

@Jeremy , RAM settings in BIOS were problem, after setting to proper values i got to stable 40 FPS @ ULTRA settings , now works as it should.
