Just Flew DL1970 Leg 1 ATL-TLPL. 737-900er. Got this msg when i landed in the PIREP about it not being eligible for skymiles. Why is this? What makes it not eligible?

Assuming it is a bug, fine

But what legs would not be eligible for skymiles? presumably that msg is there for a reason, right?

As far as I can tell, those filed without the use of ACARS are not eligible for mileage accrual.
