Hi,

I created an Excel spreadsheet which I use to create a roster, helping me complete my achievements.

The spreadsheet relies on the pfpx .xml schedule file in my Pilot's Lounge. But I notice that flights go missing or re-appear on a daily basis. For example, there's a flight from LEMD-SEGU which isn't in the schedule today, but was there for the past week.

Why is this the case?

If it is because the flight is only available on certain days, is there a way to see the DVA schedule in its full entirety?

Many flights only fly on specific days of the week. If that flight operates on Thursday, but not on Friday; then you will not see it on Friday.

I don't believe there is a way to view the entire schedule, unfortunately.

I have the same problem but a workaround that I have found is to add the flight as an assignment as soon as you can. It seems to remain available to fly in your logbook even on days when it would normally not be available via the search tools.
