Hello,
I am posting to report an issue I'm seeing with two logbook entries that were accepted today (02/24/25). I looked into my logbook for flights KL565 and KL566 that were accomplished on 2/23/25 but accepted on 2/24/25. The message I am seeing is:

"Delta Virtual Airlines SYSTEM ERROR"

...followed by:

"Oops. Something bad happened. Really, really bad - and I have no idea what to do. So you figure it out.

This is the message:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException"

I've never see this before and don't know if it's a fixable issue, if the flights were actually accepted and countable towards my flight progress, or if this error write's off the two trips.

Brett -- I got an e-mail from another pilot tonight about the same issue, and I got the same error when I checked the flight in their logbook. When I checked your logbook, I also got the message you did. That said, it does look like you're receiving credit for the flights, just that you can't get to the report page itself. If you are still getting the same error in a couple of days, I would suggest creating a help desk issue so the problem can get directed to the best staff member for resolving website issues.

As a datapoint, I can see the flight report when I am not logged in. Once I log in, I get the same error message as above…
