Hello,

When I browse the airlrine schedule by equipment, the flights are missing under the following types:

DC-8-72
DC-8-71
DC-8-11
DC-6
DC-3
Constellation
Comet
Caravelle
b739

Anyone got the same? I'm trying to make a Flight Plan database in MS Excel, just importing the whole schedule, trying to see if I can make something work. Got over 7900 flights now.. ;-)

Guys, here's the scoop on each of the types you mentioned.

DC-8-72- DAL never actually flew the -72 (only 6 examples existed)
DC-8-71- In the timetables I have there is no differentiation between the -61 and -71, they only list as "Super"
DC-8-11- I haven't obtained timetables old enough to recreate any specific -11 routes.

To make it easy there, any DC-8 is ok on the routes as long as the plane has the range to make the flight.

DC-6- Working on the list now.
DC-3- Trying to work on the list, but need more very old timetables.

Constellation- Air France codeshare, never actually flown by DAL.
Comet- Codeshare plane never flown by DAL
Caravelle- Codeshare plane never flown by DAL
b739- Codeshare plane used by COA (I think). You should be able to find codeshare flights on the real world timetable from the DAL website.
MD-90- I haven't seen a new timetable, I'm not sure if they distinguish between the MD-88 and MD-90.

The flight lists for the "8000 series" aircraft are all made from old timetables I buy, usually off ebay. Unfortunately the older ones are hard to obtain, and I've noticed some gaps in places I know aircraft were used that I don't have the timetables to correct. It may take a while, but trust that I'm still working to get flight rosters for as many of the old airframes as I can. I plan on working on DC-9s soon, but that will be a large database and it may take a while.
