	I have been a Captain in the 737-800 Program for over a year. Since my time here at DVA its been a great experience and have got great support from my peers and Senior staff here. However, I have to say that we have got to get better with the transferring process here at DVA. I have been trying to transfer into the 757/767 Program for over a week, with I believe all the proper testing already done, I have to wait because our Corporate offices have not responded to an email from the Chief Pilot of the program. That's why I have continued my career here at DVA and no one else due to how its structured here compared to other airlines. Hopefully we can work on this process and make DVA a more pleasurable place to continue my virtual airline career.
