Thanks Matt and guys, Thats an honor, but I just got repromoted to a captain again after I was promoted to CRJ200 captaion over a year ago. LOL. It's true. If you go to my PIREPS you can see my first five flights, starting on 08/25/02 that I flew as trainee. I was promoted to F/O and flew flights 6 through 16 as F/O starting on 09/19/02. From flight 17 on, starting on 12/25/02, I flew as captain. Now what went wrong here? It plainly shows my promotions, and when I go into the Pilot Center It has said that I am a captain in the CRJ200 program and I even passed the 737 and MD88/90 writen test. So, the question is? How can I be repromoted to a rank I already have? Now if you want to promote me to CRJ200 Cheif Pilot that will be ok, LOL. But this is just another example of all the promotion errors, mistakes and strict promotion techniques that we have and to be honest, I think it is too difficult an laborious for those at the top to handle and and keep up with accurately and a lot of mistakes are being made and things overlooked. Don't get me wrong, all you guys do a lot for all of us and I and I am sure, everyone else really appreciate all the hard work and devotion everyone at the top devote to DVA. But lets face it, we have to either simplify some these promotion rules some or we will always have mistakes, things overlooked and people being promoted erroneously or held back because of all the technical barriers we have. Now, I dont know what rank I am to be honest, maybe I was a CRJ200 F/O the whole time but someone somehow promoted me to captain and then like I said in a message to Luke and Matt the other day that I found a CRJ200 test in my Testing Center and went ahead and took it anyway. Boy, I already felt like I wasn't getting anywhere in here but to find out I really wasn't a CRJ captain after all and have been an active member of DVA for over a year and a half and I bet everyone is wondering, "Paul Campbell is just getting promoted to CRJ captain?" Almost makes me feel like a newbie here. Anyway, thanks for the congrats guys. there is nothing I can do about all this anyway but drive on. Paul Campbell DVA720
