Hello all (I'm relatively new here--intend to start using the water cooler more frequently)! I recently took the MD-88 Captain's exam--and nearly had a heart attack when, under the Testing and Promotions segment I was summarily informed I failed. After a team of experts managed to start my heart again I investigated a touch further--and noticed the actual test listed the score and percent as n/a. Am I to assume then, that the test wasn't graded, that the fail was a glitsch? Thank you,

Peter

Hey Peter. If I remember correctly, the status shows up as "failed" until your exam is actually graded. If no score appears, than I don't believe it has been looked at yet. Since they are not "computer" graded, the time frame for results varies on the staff's availibility to do so. Good luck and I hope to be congratulating you on your promotion soon.

Peter,

If you didn't get an email saying your test was graded, then, it wasn't. According to that "FAILED" status, yes, it is a glitch. Everyone is assumed a failure until the evidences proves otherwise LOL. Jk.
So, you'll receive an email when Matt Sisson corrects your test.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Thanks again, and no hurry---tho maybe it might be an idea to replace the initial 'fail' with 'You are a super genius, qualified to do barrel rolls in the 88!'
