Ok, what "jets" are retired for Delta's fleet and what planes replaced them?

I know there's the 727, convair, dc-8, dc-10, md-11, L1011....I was wondering what planes replaced them and if there are anymore I didn't catch

Don't forget the DC-9.

Although, Northwest still operates a handful of 'em. (Verifiable on their schedules)

The 727 was replaced directly by the 757, I'd imagine. Also, some of the 727 flights are now Delta Connection done with CRJs/ERJs.
