Hello All,

I attempted to use the web site to submit a check ride, but when I hit the submit video it did not bring me to another screen or anything. I sent an email to Luke and the Chief Pilot for the 757 program and attached the check ride, but I don't know if that even worked....any one else have this happen?, and if so please advise how it was taken care of.....Thanks in advance

If you clicked submit on the DVA site, you have to be patient. It takes a while for it to upload, but make sure it's under 4MB otherwise it'll be rejected after you spent all that time to upload it.

well still no luck, I noticed that as I was pushing the submit video button, next to the arrow an orange looked like a fist also appeared so I am thinking it may have some thing to do with the virus protection on my computer. I have turned it off and tried what I can think of so far...any more thoughts?

Doesn't the fist represent a pop-up blocker. It's been so long since I've submitted a checkride; I don't know if there is a pop-up window or not. Good luck with your checkride!

Yes it is a pop up. If you have a popup blocker switch it off, submit, then switch it back on.

yup tried that also after I wrote my last response, I can get to any other part of the site with no problem...I am at a loss, but not going to give up trying smile
