Code has a habit of decaying, and it's not because my hard drives are getting moldy. The DVA site is approaching the size where I'm fixing or improving one bit after another over the course of several weeks.

The PIREP statistics task stopped working yesterday. I've disabled it and will probably port the beast to Java in the next few days - which is probably the soundest long-term strategy. Until then, the stats won't get updated.

On a side note, does anyone know of a decent freeware Java bar/pie chart applet for the statistics database?
