Hi, all...

Apparently an agreement has been reached between Republic Airlines (RW) and Delta to operate the Embraer 170 regional jet.

The agreement calls for 16 jets to be operated by the airline under the same type of codeshare arangement that they currently have with United for that airline's Express operation.

The first one joins the fleet in 2005.

This is great news for me. Im a F/A on the 170 right now for Chautauqua and cant wait to see if they open JFK as a base so i can leave IND and go back home to New York.

It is a sweet airplane.
