	I would first like to say that I am looking forward to becoming part of this exciting and fun group. I also must admit that I could use the help of someone to get me started with recording flights and flight time. I have found how to reserve flights and have already reserved a few to get me started. My question is what do I need to do to get credit for those flights. Is there any special software that I need to install? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

	You can either fly them offline or online then file the PIREP after each leg. Someone will then approve the PIREPS and the system will update your flight log. If you haven't done so already you'll need to register with Vatsim.net and they have all the stuff to fly online with. Its free just in case you're wandering. Hope to see you in the sky.
