I've been somewhat quiet on the installer front lately, but please don't mistake this for inactivity. As I mentioned earlier, I am making some updates to the installers so that they can optionally forward information to our web site so I can get a better feel for your system capabilities.
In addition, I've made some significant steps in the realms of multiple runs of the installers, and support for installing the same package into two different versions of Flight Simulator. Many of you (myself included) have FS2002 and FS2004 running side by side, and the installers will be able to support this, like below:
I'm also adding some neat things to the aircraft themselves. For aircraft using JT8D and older engine that like to belch a little smoke on takeoff, I've written a nifty XML gauge that automatically turns on the smoke system at N1 speeds above 83% and altitude below 6400 feet. I'm adding it to the MD-88, 727, 737-200, and the DC-8. I'm also fleshing out the liveries lists; you will be getting Delta, Air France, Korean and Alitalia.
I have FS2004, but not installed it. I will probably do so over the weekend, and once I start my two months' vacation next week I'll give the installers their FS2004 seal of approval and get them pushed. I have completed 757 and 767 installers (which are HUGE) so the fleet will be vastly more complete soon.
On another note, anyone have an NNC texture for either the FFX or IFDG 737-800?
