Delta Air Lines has released the July 2004 PDF schedule and I have downloaded it. I will attempt to process it over the next 2 or 3 days and get it loaded into the database. As mentioned before, we have the ability to match Delta's schedule on a monthly basis, but it's still enough of a headache that I only try to do it every 3 months. I aim to refresh the schedule in April, July, October and January.

One interesting addition this quarter is the total revamping of our 8000-series routes. We are extremely fortunate to have Matt Creed purchase a number of old Delta timetables off of eBay, and he has provided historically accurate routes for the L-1011, 727, DC-10, DC-8-61, DC-8-51, 747-100 and CV-880. Delta Virtual is unique among virtual airlines in its support of our commercial aviation history, and Matt's hard work is just the next step in improving this.

OK, the update has been completed. I managed to automate two additional tasks this time around that saved me a *lot* of time. Maybe next quarter I will get around to fixing the 12->24 hour clock bugs that messes up the trans-atlantic and trans-continental redeye flights.

It should propagate to the main server in the next hour or so. Now, off to the pool!

I knew I forgot to mention something with the schedule update. Right now, I haven't updated anything in terms of which SkyTeam airlines to include in the schedule. It would be a minor change to add more; right now I have a list of two letter codes that I include from the schedule.

Bug Terry. I'll include whatever he wishes; and if he feels that some SkyTeam airlines are better served under the AFV banner, that's a valid option too.
