I am in the process of importing the Delta Air Lines October 2004 schedule, for use during Q4 2005. The schedule import is four steps; importing the data, calculating flight legs from duplicate flight codes, tweaking arrival/departure times (they come in as 12h time and I need to guess the proper 24h time) and then adjusting some equipment codes (the BAE-146 is erroneously mapped sometimes).

I am about 50% complete; so hopefully by this evening we'll have the new schedule with the two new airlines.

Cheers!

The schedule import was finished on Saturday evening, but the last steps were taken this evening. South African Airways has been removed from our schedule, and has been replaced by El Al and Royal Air Maroc.

Cheers!

If I am not much mistaken, those are the 8000-series historical flights, and are kept anyway. smile

JB, 741s do not have any flight assigned as I have checked, and DC-10-30s for NWs flight has only 4 flights assigned.. That's Sander is asking to spare some flights for 'em.

At least, that is what the Browse Schedule page shows.

Cheers!

There are no flight assignments I believe for the 8000-series flights, but the 747-100 has around 35 or so legs, some North American and some trans-Atlantic.

The DC-10-30 is a little different. We are entirely dependent on our codeshare partners to provide DC-10-30 flights, and basically it's up to Northwest and Delta to determine which of NWA's DC-10-30 flights get included as a Delta codeshare. I'm unfortunately not optimistic on the DC-10-30 remaining in the DVA schedule through much of 2005.

Cheers!
