Just wondering; I answered all the questions and still came back "fail - 0 of 19 answered correctly" I'm sure I got at least TWO right smile

Help?

In a post by Ralph Snyder, Director of Human Resources and reposted by President Terry Eshenour,

You were asked NOT to do this. You have to wait to complete the 10 legs required for promotion to the left seat. I guess your test will not get corrected until you reach the 10 legs required. And that so, if things are rather hectic, CPs will not be ablo to track your test or to remember about it, since we are humans. smile

Read the Promotion Manual for more info and the sticky post from Mr. Eshenour

Cheers!

Mr. Whitesell, welcome to DVA.

Unfortunately, you must prepare yourself to accept that the exam to which you are referring may not be accpeted at all by management because you did not follow instructions. The procedure, as Gaston said, is quite simply stated in the promotions manual (available in the document library section of the pilot's center) and in the Sticky Post, which for your convenience's sake I will post the link to it: http://www.deltava.org/delta/cooler.nsf/ShowThread/6CD44C89A6623AB185256FE10043EB70?OpenDocument

If your exam is accepted despite your not following instructions, consider yourself lucky. But in the mean time, it will remain a failure until you qualify for the promotion.

Aha, I'll stop trying to fight the system then, and start reading instructions a little closer.

They also say fail until someone grades them. Did you get an e-mail telling you it had been graded?

Even us pilots can conjure up a coherent statement from time to time. wink

I think we all have those "failure to read the manual" brain-farts, and you recognized it as such.
