This is an idea I had about fixing the flight assignments. Could we have it be in an input box like the Find a Flight. In this we could have a starting point, possibly a desination and a type of aircraft. Then a place to select how many legs you wanted, and a starting time or a range of starting times. Then have it pick a flight that is that type and starting place and time. Then have it pick another flight at the destination of the first one about a hour or so later, and so one until there is the amount of legs that was requested. Its just an idea but i think the flight assignments were a great thing to have.

My goal with the Flight Assignments going forward is to create a limited set of them per aircraft type and generate them at the same time as the schedule gets imported. I have been notoriously lax with the schedule imports lately so hopefully April can get me on the straight and narrow again.

I should have significantly more free time starting next week so we'll see.
