Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I am a boeing 737-832 pilot based in Atlanta.I am thinking of flying from KDCA to KLGA. Is it possible?

Mohamed, you can fly any flight you want. Just go to the schedule in the Pilot Center or Delta's online schdule, pick something that looks interesting, make sure you're rated in the aircraft used on the route, and fly it. Once you get done, go to the Pilot Center and file your PIREP. Once you file your first PIREP, you will get a DVA ID. Welcome to DVA and good luck.
