I have a question relative to qualifying to fly the DC 10 I found it listed as appropriate to fly in the stage 3 flyin this weekend. I am a 767 Captain and have successfully cross qulified for the MD 88. So, I know the ropes on getting the ratings. But not sure which aircraft would get me to the DC10. Understanding that Dleta does no longer fly these birds it would most likely be a Code Share with Northwest or a retrofleet flight.

Hi Tom,
Check your Pilot Center --> Document Library --> Pilot Promotions Manual

Two options for the additional type rating

1 - Take the L-1011 written exam and you get the L-1011 and the DC-10-10

2- Take the MD-11 written exam and an online checkride or Flight video, you get the MD-11, L-1011, DC-10-10, DC-10-30 and DC-10-40

Regards
