Anyone thought about regestering DVA in IVAO? I think it would be a good Idea. Since I fly on that network the most. Just a thought. Good Luck.

Rick, maybe we can do some flights together on IVAO later on - I am flying back to the states this weekend and will be flying around KATL...

It was my understanding that DVA was registered with IVAO. Now that you bring it up I will double check to be certain.

George, sure thing, I hang out on the US voiice server unicom when not with ATC. But in the states there ain't much for ATC anyway. I wish there was more ATC in the states in IVAO. May be some day. I fly mainly on Friday mornings and Saturday and Sunday. Friday Evenings are reserved for Nascar Racing online. I will fly back to Atlanta Friday or Saturday, I will look for ya, dude.

sounds good Rick - btw, I used to use Papyrus NASCAR Racing 2003 all the time - best thing out there - it's too bad NASCAR squeezed Papyrus out of making the program... shoot me an email sometime - maybe we can get get going on it - I'd have to reinstall it and turn a few hundred laps to get the feel of it again - I prefer Martinsville, Bristol, Dover... those kinds of tracks. North Wilkesboro was a great track - I had every version of NASCAR Racing that they put out smile

Flying - yeah maybe we can work out a Saturday or Sunday flight somewhere... are you going to fly most of your DVA flights out of KATL or KSLC or someplace else? KSLC is my 2nd favorite hub behind KATL.

You'd need NASCAR Papyrus 2003 and that's about it - of course, the ability to setup the race car and keep it in the groove so you don't wreck everyone helps smile

First thing, Terry, I rechecked with IVAO and DVA in not registered on IVAO. So DVA will have to take it from here and make the call. George, If I see ya online flyin, We can go to a ts channel and chat during our flight. I will fly out of anywhere that will take where I want to go. I like the longer flights, (4 to 6 hours) on avg. But until I can get a higher rating in DVA to make the 10+ hour flights will have to wait for now. I plan to make a flight from Salt lake city to Atlanta friday, If I have time, and for sure on Saturday. I would like to make an Atlanta to Las Vegas flight. What do you think?

Nascar online with Nascar Racing 2003 by Sierra. I run a server for my online league and we do most of our racing on Friday night at 8 pm PST. Right now We have 3 real drivers and use the AI trucks to make up the rest of the field. Two more real drivers will be joining us in about 4 weeks. This is a 15 race truck series, using the wildfire truck mod that I have on my website for download. We keep points standing also listed on the website.

Ya all can check this out at: http://www.vacr.biz/jpracing/jp_racing.htm

If interested, register on the forum at the website. People on the east coast will have trouble with the west coast time differeance. Racing at 8 pm PST is 11 PM EST???

First, I'll take up registration with IVAO. We do have an IVAO field on our Pilot Profile for IVAO ID. It is also an option to select when using DVA-ACARS/

Second, VAC - Toronto requests that we fly to Toronto Saturday evening departing ATL at 7:15 to arrive Toronto at 9:00 EDT. I believe Andrew will post something shortly.

They've provide a route of flight as well:

Andrew, the Mighty 722 will be making a stop through Boston soon - I'd email you and let you know when if you like, but you'll have to email me first, as there is no E-Mail option next to your name (you enable it in the pilot center profile)

This is to update you on registration. The VA signup is not intuitive requiring multiple contacts with IVAO staff. We are over the first hurdle, I needed to registered on IVAO. smile

IVAO requires three GIF files of different sizes that portray our airline. Tony Piesecki is creating the files. With 3 GIFs on hand we should be able to take it the final step. I'll let you all know when they accept DVA so you can start flying under our banner.
