I have completed the B767-300 checkride and and F/O test and got the e-mail confirming I passed it, yet it still has me as Captain 737-800 Stage 2 program on the website.

Yes, because it says that I requested a change in program on 9/20/05. I have the additional ratings added after the F/O test.

If you've completed and passed both the FO exam and the 767 Check ride and you haven't been switched yet then you need to contact one of the 767 Chief Pilots and let them know.
