Ok, so ive been told alot and its made clear in the manuals that to acheive an additional type rating in a lower stage aircraft, all you have to do is pass the written first officers exam for that aircraft. So thats what i did for the MD88,90. The rating was added right away and all is right in the world. I also passed the 737 exam. Now, this is my own fault, that i didnt look to see that the rating was added before making a 737 flight, but i figured the same plicy would apply. So after filing my flight report, i get a warnign that says i'm not type rated for the 737 and this could delay or reject my flight report. Is the database simply out of date for my ratings? or is there something else I need to do to get my 737 rating..... thanks...
