Greetings gentlemen!

Before joining DVA I was a Concorde pilot. I am a highly skilled Concorde pilot with dozens of supersonic hours logged via perfect flight reports on FSPassengers.

I am certain I could pass any check ride in the Concorde, and do better than any subsonic aircraft we have. I'm quite sure there are some time-in-service and rank requirements for flying the Concorde, but I'd like to know what path I should take now to end up flying the Concorde in DAL and its alliance partners.

Can anyone help me on this?

Hey Fritz,

We do not have a Concorde program here at DVA, but we do have a Concorde additional rating. The rating is available to all stage four (777, MD-11, DC-8) rated pilots. So for you as a 757 F/O you need to become a captain then get an additional stage four rating (777, MD-11, DC-8) by taking the specific first officer test, and then passing a check ride. After that you will be eligible for a Concorde rating, and as you mentioned another check ride will be required. If you have any further questions please let us know.

You might want to consider transfering to AFV.
