I read through the promotion manual but I am still a little confused.

I am currently a captain in the 757-200. In my zeal and haste last night I submitted a request to switch to the 767-300 program. However, there was a little check mark box below this and it said request type rating (or check flight ONLY).

If I checked this box does this mean I can stay in the 757-200 program? I really have no desire to fly the 767 program, I just wanted to get type rated to fly it.

Thanks for helping out a new guy.

Fritz,
You already have the ratings to fly the 767 - look in the pilot center and at the top right portion of the page somewhere you will see your additional ratings....

You'll probably get an email about it but I went ahead and rejected your transfer into the 767 Program.
