I was just noticing that i am not eligible to cross over to the 767 program even though i have the additional ratings in the aircraft from when the 757/767 programs were the same. Would i need to take the F/O exam for that aircraft and a checkride again to switch to that program...if i wanted to? i am not planning on it but i was just curious as to how that affects those of us "old timers."

Build 65 implements a new promotion and ratings policy that simplifies the current system. I expect Terry will be releasing a NOTAM on this subject very shortly.

Cheers!

Matthew and Andrew, Staff is on this problem right now. There will be some changes done soon to both the promotions policy and what you see in your pilot center from what I've been told.

Ok. that sorta answered the question. I think the big Q was really if we have these ratings already, are we going to be "grandfathered" in them or will we need to do a checkride again to maintain these ratings?
