Must we wait until the actual start date of Dl's new slate of international routes out of JFK and ATL to start flying them for credit? Like to do the ATL-NCE run and the new T7 route...ATL-TLV.

Yes, we must wait until they actually start, because in the past there have been many routes announced that never actually came to fruition. In the mean time we do operate JFK-NCE, and codeshare with El Al on EWR/JFK/MIA/YYZ-TLV and you can always sub the 777 in for those flights.
