I finally passed the test for the 737 and requested a change of program and have yet to get a response. I want to start flying the 737.

Try emailing Anthony Piasecki, the 737 chief pilot. It would probably be a good idea to CC the message to Daniel Ward, the assistant chief. They'll need to put together a checkride for you. While you wait to hear from them, get up there in the 737 and get a feel for her.

Okay, thanks. I have been practicing. I keep landing short of the runway. I have landed the 737 well before but I have gotten so used to the CRJ that I have to keep working on the 737.

Presumably coming in too fast could make you overshoot the runway, but not necessarily. My guess is, you might be overcompensating for that probability. When the threshold is coming up you might be killing the thrust too much or too soon, resulting in a sudden drop. The 737 Operating Manual suggests 160 KIAS on the glideslope and 135 KIAS with full flaps for final approach. Give that a shot and see what happens.

Does ACARS work for you? Have you tried it? Or do you use anything like FS Passengers? I ask because they can record information in a good amount of detail, including what exactly your aircraft was doing at touchdown (airspeed, verticle speed, pitch, bank, etc.). For a while I had been averaging some rather high vertical speeds on touchdown. With the numbers ACARS records on the pireps, I've been able to scrutinize what I do and when, and I've managed to get them under contol because I could see where I was out of whack. Something to think about.

ACARS is not working for some reason. When I start the program it tell me that it cannot load airport information.
