I filed the 737 First Officer rating and it has been approved, to be able to fly the aircraft, what do I have to do after this? File a Request Additional Rating?

If you're in the Pilot Center, look under your name and see if the 737 series is listed. If it is, then there is nothing more for you to do. You can go ahead and fly the 737. If it is not, then you need to contact the 737 Chief Pilot and ask him to update your profile.

As for the manuals, be sure you have the latest adobe reader installed on your computer. You can also try right clicking then save as to see if you can open it.
