Hello Luke, Almost a week ago I put in for additional type ratings under the 757 program but still haven't gotten a response. I have also sent an email to my chief pilot but also no response yet, would it be possible to take a look at that for me. smile

I do know that.. But under the 757 program you can fly the 737-800 which is my goal without changing programs, if its poss. wink

To fly the 738 you need to request ratings for the 738. The 757 ratings do NOT give you the ratings to fly the 738, sorry.

Also, yes, you CAN request additional ratings for the 738 and not have to switch programs. You'll have to take the 738 exam and the checkride though.
