As a good Brazilian, i kinda know that Delta flies to Rio de Janeiro just with the 767s and on DVA schedule it shows the MD-11. I know there is a flight with the 767, but the problem is that the flight from Rio to São Paulo is one of the legs of the KATL-SBGL flight uses the MD-11. So can i fly this flight with the 767? Can i put on ACARS the flight number and the 767 instead of the MD-11?

Yes you can. You can substitute any aircraft that has the range to make the flight and that you are rated in.
