On my inital Q/A that I needed to do prior to being hired I scored 8/10. Here are the two questions I missed along with my answers:
(Q1) What does 180 ETOPS limit a plane's route to? (A1) I believe this mean the A/C must always be within 180 minutes of an airport it can land at in case of an emergency.
(Q2) When do you turn on the White Strobe Lights (Wing Strobes)? (A2) Not sure of the correct answer, but I turn them on while taxiing to the runway and leave them on till I land and I am almost at the gate.
Both of those I answered incorrectly. Could someone tell me what the correct answers are? Thanks in advance!

Hi Michael,
Since you are new here you don't know that we try to refain from posting test questions in the water cooler. Many of our test questions are used in multiple tests and posting answers would defeat the purpose of future testing. Feel free to e-mail any of the staff and they will be able to get you on track regarding the correct answers to these questions.
Welcome to DVA and if you ever need anything at all do not hesitate to post here or to e-mail the staff.

Welcome Michael. I've missed those before too but you can find the answers in the DVA publications here on the web site. Study study study! You'll figure them out!

You can also google a lot of those questions, there is a plethora (sp?) of information over the net.
