I accidentally went into CRJ-200 exam......did not take the test but my record shows I took it and go zero correct. It happened 3 days ago and will not reset so I can take exam. What can I do about that? Have written several emails and nothing seems to work.

Thanks for your help. confused

How do you "accidentally" go into an exam?

Cheers!
