I know I'm probably going to get beatten up in the parking lot on the way to my car but here we go...

on my log book there are icons of an exclamation point and up arrows. I havent been here in quite a few months and just wondered what those meant.

go easy on me

The "exclamation point" is an ACARS-logged flight, and the up arrow is a flight leg that counts towards the reqirements for promotion to Captain.

Welcome back!
