I am currently rated as a C1 controller at ZMA (Miami). I will be receiving my C3 rating OTS (over the shoulder) tomorrow, Tuesday 15th of August from 0000Z-0200Z (2000-2200 EDT). Please plan for flights ZMA inbound/outbound. Airports included are KMIA, KFLL, KTPA, KRSW, KSRQ, or any airport in the ZMA sector. VFR and IFR are more than welcome. All is fair game. Make me sweat for it.
