I have requested additional ratings on the 757 more 72 hours ago and it said to wait for 72 hours at the most.
Why aren't I getting a checkride? Any thing helps.
Sincerely,
Jack Hendricks

Send an email to both Craig Davidson and Matt Whittaker directly. they are the ones responsabile for assigning the 757 check rides.

Here's my suggestion Mr. Hendricks...

I believe the Promotions Manual in the Document Library states that in order to acquire additional ratings in a program above your current program, you must first have the rank of Captain in your current program. Then you can take the First Officer exam in the program from which you would like the additional rating, and once the exam is passed, you can then request a checkride in the aircraft.

Yes you are correct Gary, Jack, you must be a Captain in your current aircraft program, and also have passed the written FO exam for the aircraft for which you are requesting the additional ratings or switch programs to. Please read the Promotions manual for any further questions reguarding additional ratings.

Cheers!

While strictly speaking you are correct, gentlemen, Jack has been a Stage 3 Captain in the past and the system remembers that. If you are able to request the checkride, you are generally qualified to take it. It's been a slow weekend in these parts, but I understand that the checkride has been assigned.

Cheers!

Oh ok Luke, I did not know that since I am not a member of the staff and don't have the ability to look up that kind of information. Anyways, Jack, good luck on that Checkride!

Cheers!

Sorry for the delay Jack, I have been busy with my wife in the hospital with pneaumonia, so sorry to keep you waiting, just had some other more pressing issues I have been having to work with. This is the first time this week I have been able to get on here to do anything.
