I thought that Delta had retired the 767-200 but I still in their current schedule they still use the Boeing 767-200 to Europe. I was just wondering if anybody has any information on this.

I do not think that Delta uses the 767-200 to fly across the pond or for any international flights, last I've heard, Delta only used the 767-200 for national routes across the USA and maybe Canada. Although, I may be wrong.

There's several flight on their schedule from Atlanta itself where it says 762 which stands for 767-200. There's Delta Flight#158 to Dublin, Delta Flight#14 to Frankfurt, Flight#58 to London only stated as a 767, Flight#64 to Manchester (UK), Flight#74 to Milan stated as a 767, Flight#46 to Moscow, Flight#56 to Mumbai, Flight#130 to Munich, Flight#142 to Nice, Delta Flight#28 & 52 to Paris, Delta Flight#70 to Rome which the schedule says is 762. It's the same thing out of Cincinnati and JFK they all use 767-200 and I want to know what is up with that when I thought they retired the 767-200. Did Delta decide to use some of them instead of selling them off or have them put into the desert? I know the first Delta 767-200 is ou tof commission but what about the rest of them?

Hi,
All B767-200's have been retired. The 762 designation stands for Ex-Gulf Air 763ERs

762 = 767-300ER (Ex Gulf Air)
763 = 767-300
767 = 767-300ER

757 = 757-200
752 = 757-200 (Former Song Aircraft)

Regards
