HELLO FELLOW PILOTS..
MY name is bill and i have a question i have read the pilot manual and cant seem to find my answer i just transferd to the 737-800 program stage 2 how and when will i be able to get my rating for the stage 3 aircraft 727 767 etc?in the exam section it is not letting me take any exams..i know this is a dumb question i would like to say that i have been involved with delta for a few months now have not done much online maybe 13 hrs been in the middle of a move as now all my flying hrs for delta will be on vatsim from now on look forward to meeting you guys and gals online.you guys have a fine virtual airline and i look forward to doing more online events thank you for your answer to my question..thx WILLIAM SONGER DVA3157

Hi William. Please turn off the CAPS lock key. No need to shout here. The promotions manual seems to be pretty straight forward. You have to be a Captain in your current program prior to seeking promotion to a higher stage aircraft. In order to be promoted to Captain in the 737 you must have completed 10 flight legs in the 737 (or in an aircraft you were granted additional ratings when you joined the 737 program) since joining the 737 program, then pass the Captain's exam. Once you have been promoted to Captain in the 737, you will be eligible to seek the 767 ratings. Hope this helps...
