Hey guys.

I really have never tried online flying but really enjoy using mytraffic and RC4 for my controlling needs. I have my 763 CR coming up and would like to continue my regular process.

I was told over at United Virtual (no longer fly for them smile ) that I could use RC4 for my controlling preferences/needs during checkrides. I was also told that for checkrides requiring SID/STAR usage, that RC4 implemented them, as long as my flightplan loaded included the appropriate SID/STARs.

Am I going about this correctly, to just follow RC4s command.

Sorry for all the questions lately, I really do appreciate that help!

Dan H.

No, RC4 doesn't have SID's/STAR's implemented. They implied that in their advertising. But they don't. The only way to get those waypoints into it is to program them into your flight plan. Read the CR instructions carefully to determine if there is a possibility of any conflicts between the CR and what RC4 might do to you. It is best to contact the Chief Pilot of that program to find out if there is something that needs to be considered.
