DVA has introduced a helpdesk - what is it and how does it work?
First, it is in the pilot center under flight academy - and to make it easier to find, we have also included a Flight Academy link on the left side of the home page, right under the pilot center link.
Second - the helpdesk is an area where you can go and ask questions and get help - it works like the issue tracker - you go in and start a new issue and ask your question. Your questions are PRIVATE - only the Flight Academy staff has access to it. We have the ability to make an issue public so we can have FAQs as needed.
Whether you need a mentor, help with an airplane, questions about exams, etc., please go to the Helpdesk and ask your question there, and we'll do our best to get you the help you need!
