Can I file reports for planes I am rated for, but do not have any flights on the schedule?

You are not allowed to file reports in aircraft you are not rated for. Are you having problems finding CRJ flights? Please clarify.

Dominic, you can file PIREPs for aircraft you are rated for, and you can make aircraft substitutions provided that the range and route is acceptable for the aircraft you are using, and is present in the schedule.
