Is it to get my blood pressure up? Or is it because it takes 2 hours to change ranks?

You have to have 10 approved PIREPs for the aircraft program you are in AND pass your captains test for that program.

Alex,

I just approved the PIREP for your 10th flight in the 737. Once your Chief Pilot grades your Captain's exam, you will show as eligible upon a passed test.
