	ok i wanna drop back to the CRJ series learn a bit about them and come back to the 737 will my ratings decrease will i have to do checkrides to transfer back and forth

	You already have the CRJ rating, no need to transfer to the CRJ program just to fly it if you plan to come back to the 737 program. Regards
