how do i log a flight, like sya io take off from Denver, CO and land at Grand Island, NE (which is where i live, Grand Island, Ne)

Kevin,

Go to the Pilot Center and select the "Find a Flight" section. This will list all logable flights available at DVA. You can fly any flight that you wish, as long as your aircraft can make it with a full load of fuel or less.

and i'll still be on the emb-120 stage won't i? and i still have a problem with acars 2.0 and i have .net 2.0 installed, i checked

ACARS won't work until you receive a DVA number. The first flight must be logged manually to receive it. All the information you might need should be available in the Pilot Center.
