I have decided that this VA is getting too big for just me. If I keep the pace with both the real world and here, I am likely to have a nervous breakdown in a matter of days or weeks. Plus, I and other staff members cannot patrol the cooler and acars around the clock. In the survey that you took, it was expressed that we need tighter controls in the cooler, so I have hired a deputy. This person will have almost the same rights as I do and I intend to have him closely monitor the going ons here.
The person I choose, is a familiar face and well respected among the pilots. So help me welcome Chris Williams back to the dark side of staff and me bestowing the golden hammer upon him. He is still getting settled in to the role, but I have faith that he will get aclimated quickly and before long ticking some of you off...LOL.
