Can someone please help me work out international flight plans. Specifically NAT planning. I just don't seem to be able to work them out. Plus how do you program these into flight simulator.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks

What's your major hang up?

Here's a cut from one of the track messages:
U CYMON DENDU 51/50 52/40 53/30 54/20 DOGAL BABAN
EAST LVLS 320 330 340 350 360 370 380 390 400
WEST LVLS NIL
EUR RTS EAST NIL
NAR N95B N97B N99A-

States that it's Track U, and it starts on the CYMON intersection, proceeds through those waypoints to BABAN.

Now, depending on what you're using (I use FSBuild): the lat/longs are input as: 5150N 5240N 5330N, etc. and that's how you'd input them into the CDU if you've got that sort of equipment. If you're completely lacking in cool add on planes with FMSes and lacking in cool flight planning/flight plan exporting software, you're not SOL: http://www.deltava.org/newsletter/Delta%20FLY!%20February%202006.pdf

There's an article I wrote in that issue of Fly that describes how to open a .pln file and edit it manually.

Shand, by all means, check out the Delta FLY articles - Matt Reamy wrote some good international flight planning articles that would be worth your while to check out.
